If a person can be open about proving real information even for free, which he would be doing when he gets paid, then we know that he actually is passionate about guiding candidates and not just here to make money. This factor made me respect the presence and I knew I was at the right plce. Got cleared about some doubts that I had and recieved not just theoretical but practical responses to them. I have my own situations due to which I am not making instant decision about joining the guy, but I know, when I am ready to join he is quite literally among the first ones I would consider for guidance.
