Hi Rutuja,

Data structure and Algorithm is definetly one of the most demanding skill atleast when you are appearing for any interview.

You should also be very good logical an analytical skills. Apart from that you must have done some good projects where you would show your in depth technical skills.

Yes , to some extent it matters since you are fresher so some time companies put filter criteria so try to secure as much as you can on CGPA side.
