Hi, I’m Rishabh Garg, a passionate Software Engineer with 4 years of experience at Microsoft. My expertise lies in backend development, system design (HLD & LLD), and data structures & algorithms (DSA). Throughout my career, I have successfully led multiple projects, blending deep technical expertise with effective project coordination. I believe that strong mentorship can accelerate growth, bridge knowledge gaps, and open doors to exciting opportunities. As someone who has navigated complex challenges in software development, I want to guide aspiring engineers in mastering core concepts, optimizing solutions, and preparing for real-world scenarios. I will take sessions, answer every doubt (big or small), and explain things in both Hindi & English—whatever makes learning easier for you. No formalities, no hesitation—just honest, practical guidance to help you succeed. Let’s learn, grow, and crack big opportunities together! 🚀

About

My mission is straightforward: to be a mentor who supports you at every step of your interview journey. From building a structured roadmap and teaching core interview topics, to conducting mock interviews, offering emotional support, and guiding you through salary negotiations — I’m here for the long haul. My ultimate goal is to help you land the job you’ve been dreaming of, and nothing makes me prouder than seeing my mentees succeed. I’m passionate about mentoring and have a proven track record of helping both college students and working professionals secure top roles. Currently, I work as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, and I’ve previously held roles at Tekion and Housing. Over the years, I’ve cracked interviews at several leading tech companies and participated in 100+ interviews myself — experience I now use to guide others toward success.

what to do to crack ML Roles in MAANG companies so like being from tier 3 is it possible also for ML roles guide me how I can do it like how u being from tier 3 manage this with college and get ml roles in top mncs.how to crack ML roles in MAANG from a Tier-3 college? If yes, how did you manage it along with college? For ML roles, should I go through programs like GSoC, Microsoft Engage, etc., or focus on DSA and apply directly? How can I get interviews scheduled in MAANG being from a Tier-3 university with no referrals? How important are profiles like LeetCode, Codeforces, GitHub? How many DSA leetcode questions are enough to build strong logic?some resources pls suggest and sheets patterns? Which DSA topics and patterns are most important for cracking Google-level interviews? Any resources you'd recommend? I'm facing difficulty managing 75% college attendance + consistency in coding — how to handle this better? DSA in Java vs C++vs python — which is better for interviews and performance?(i have done lil bit in cpp java both) I’m confused between full-stack (Spring Boot, React) and ML — which one should I fully focus on if I want to get into MAANG? What type of projects actually help in getting noticed by recruiters at top companies? What’s the best way to divide my week between DSA, dev, academics, and personal growth? Any suggestions to stay consistent and motivated even with pressure from college? also how to get interview scheduled being from tier 3 university . should i directly can apply to google maang or before that i have to gain work experience or internships somewhere? thanks for the reply pls do reply !! 😊

ANSWER BY THE MENTOR
