I am full stack developer with close to 4 years of experience. I recall my experience during campus placements, even later on in my career and feel a sense of gratitude for all the people who have knowingly and unknowingly mentored me and taught me invaluable lessons for the future. I want to be able to give back to the community and help young, talented, curious individuals to achieve their true potential and fulfill their dreams, having a positive impact on their lives would bring me immense sense of satisfaction and joy. I also believe that mentoring experience would be a great opportunity for me as well to learn, grow, experience, understand and get a true sense of other people within the industry. How would I help the mentees? I would try to understand and narrow down what it's they want to accomplish. Try to come up with steps, strategies inorder to reach this goal. Analyse what efforts they have put in the past in order to achieve the desired result. Identify the gaps, shortcomings and analyse areas for improvements. Give them guidance on how they can fill these gaps and overcome the obstacles. If required, help them come up with a concrete plan to achieve the same with realistic timelines and efforts. Provide them with useful, appropriate resources to improve their skills. I am hoping my skillsets and experience would help the mentees and this mentorship experience would in turn also help me learn valuable skills.Career Journey
