About

Having started my career with IBM and moving on to pursue an opportunity to head the HR department in a start-up, I fairly understand the ropes of the industry in both larger as well as smaller organisations. There aren’t many things that can grow a company the way that its people and their trust in the culture can, and I pride myself on being the facilitator to address both. I am the colleague at work that everyone wants to know but nobody wants to be. If employees want to get something done, they come to me - everyone knows that! Yet no one wants to have to do what I do because of the amount of personal time and effort that goes into being everyone’s go-to. I am always typed as an action-oriented HR professional who translates business visions into HR initiatives. A people’s champion that supports employees and management with a pragmatic approach.
