About
I joined Google (in the USA) 7 years ago and built infrastructure which is used across Google e.g. every request that you send to Gmail/Drive/Google Chat etc. first goes through a server which I built which runs on more than 1 M cpus and 1 PetaByte of memory ;-) I started my career as full stack developer but later moved to distributed systems and I was Project Management Committee (PMC) member and Committer in several Apache projects in my past life before Google. I have extensive experience in hiring from both sides (interviewer and interviewee). I have previously worked at/held offers from companies like Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Trilogy/CodeNation, Yahoo, InMobi etc. I have been conducting interviews for past 17 years and I have led campus placement from reputed colleges like IITs, NSIT etc. Just at Google I have taken hundreds of interviews at all levels: DSA/System Design for IC roles, behavioral / code review rounds for Engineering Managers.Find Me Here

I had the privilege of being guided by Ajay in a 30-minute session for my engineering manager interview preparation. His ability to tailor the discussion to the specific needs of the role made the session incredibly productive and insightful. Key highlights of my experience - Depth of Knowledge, Encouraging Approach, Personalized Guidance.
