Hi Vipin ,
Getting into MNC is not a challenge as long as you have confidence to overcome any challenge. Don't keep in your mind that your are from tier1 college or tier 2 college etc.I have recruited many freshers from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges and they are working vey well in their organisations and MNCs.
Cheers
Sandeep

Thanks for asking a very good question as most of the Enginnering students have a doubt about the same.
Let me explain you, first of all what's your stream in your engineering course and do have good logic in programming
I can explain in detail once got the above details.
You can start learning about Devops profile and once you cover all the tools in devops then do the daily practice and mock test to get more knowledge and confidence. Over the period of time you will get good confidence to clear the startup/MNCs companies interviews.
Please feel free to reach out to discuss in detail.

There are numerous internships and training programs available in government and semi-government sectors that can help you develop your skills and expertise.
These opportunities will enable you to work on real-world projects, network with professionals, and enhance your knowledge in your chosen field. Moreover, having internships and training programs on your resume will make your profile stand out to potential employers, especially MNCs.
So, I encourage you to explore these opportunities and make the most of them. Remember, a strong profile is key to unlocking your dream job. Best of luck!

Hi Vipin!
Getting hired by a multinational company (MNC) can seem challenging, especially if you’re from a Tier 3 college. However, with the right mindset, skills, and strategy, you can overcome the limitations of a college tag and shine brightly among the competition. Let’s explore how you can craft a strong profile and pave your way toward success.
Skills That Set You Apart 🚀
1. Master Key Programming Languages [MUST]
Focus on building a strong foundation in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. These languages are highly sought after in the industry. Additionally, learning modern languages like Go or Rust can give you an edge.
2. Strengthen Your Problem-Solving Abilities [MUST]
Develop a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms (DSA). Problem-solving is a skill that MNCs value deeply. Regularly practice coding on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or Codeforces to hone this skill.
3. Backend Development [MUST][JAVA ECOSYSTEM PREFERABLE]
Learn frameworks such as Spring Boot, Node.js, or Django to build scalable backend systems. Understand core concepts like REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture to stand out.
4. Database Mastery [MUST]
Learn how to work with both relational databases (like MySQL and PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB and Redis). Understanding database optimization techniques such as indexing and sharding is a plus.
5. DevOps and CI/CD [DOCKER IS MUST]
Gain knowledge of tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform. Having expertise in setting up CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows showcases your readiness for modern software development practices.
7. Big Data and Distributed Systems [OPTIONAL]
Explore tools like Apache Kafka, Spark, and Hadoop to dive into the world of big data and event-driven architectures.
How to Build a Strong Profile ?
1. Work on Real-World Projects
Projects demonstrate your ability to apply knowledge practically. For instance, build a real-time chat application, an e-commerce platform, or a data pipeline using Apache Kafka. Deploy these projects on platforms like AWS to add credibility.
2. Contribute to Open Source
Contributing to open-source projects on GitHub not only enhances your technical skills but also shows employers that you can collaborate effectively in a team environment.
3. Showcase Your Work Online
Create a strong online presence through platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub. Consider writing blogs on Medium or twitter to share your learning journey.
4. Participate in Hackathons
Join hackathons and coding competitions like Google Summer of Code, Code Jam, or Amazon Hackathons. These events help you gain practical experience and build your network.
5. Internships and Freelancing
Interning at startups or working as a freelancer provides invaluable hands-on experience and strengthens your resume.
6. Network Strategically
Connect with professionals in your desired field through LinkedIn. Be humble, ask for advice, and seek referrals whenever possible.
Overcoming the College Tag
Your college is just a starting point, not the definition of your potential. By focusing on continuous learning, showcasing impactful projects, and consistently practicing problem-solving, you can demonstrate your value to any employer. Remember, passion, discipline, and resilience go a long way in opening doors to opportunities.
