Hi Adarsh, this is a great question and the most asked one. I could totally relate to this since I Was one among them but got placed in the very first company that came to my campus , that too with an international sales role. So remember that if I can do it, you can do it too.

Marks are immaterial after a point and it all depends on the confidence and the way you carry yourself.

There needs to be an internal change and there is a structure, very conscious way of bringing this change.
