Here are things required to get placed:
- Being confident & having positive mindset.
- Should be able to express your thoughts/solution to interviewer.
- Having right set of skills for the job.
For getting into good companies you'll need to work on improving skills required for each of the companies or role.
Based on your aspirations & the job requirement, you need to prepare for the technical side as well.
For improving your communication, self confidence I would suggest you to be good listener first, then you can start practising by watching content & rehearsing it. One more way to practice can be mock interviews.
