There is really not much that I can think of adding.

I would just like to mention is that you should not be obsessed about joining just because it is an MNC. You must do a lot of checking about the company’s work culture, work environment, attrition factor, adherence to ethical standards and the quality of their CSR activities as they reveal a lot about the company’s character.
