For resume not getting selected there can be plenty of reasons ::

1) You have created a generic resume.

2) It's too long to read.

3) Your tech stacks are not highlighted properly.

4) Not ATS friendly.

5) Projects you have added might be not relevant.

Apart from this there can be multiple other reasons as well.

For MAANG ::

You need to focus on two major Areas -->

1) DSA --> DSA plays a crucial role not in MAANG but in other good MNC's as well, it will not only analyze your tech skills but also your analytical skills. To improve DSA you should regularly solve atleast 5-10 problems in a day.

2) Design --> Some companies (including MAANG) will conduct the High/Low level design discussion which you have to go through to secure a good job. Design can be improved by discussions.

Focus on keywords in your resume. Do not create a generic resume and use it for all the job applications. Rather, go through the job description and understand the requirements and add the relevant keywords in your resume.

For MAANG, you need to focus not only on your resume, but also on your linkedin profile. Get more recommendations and add skillsets.

For second part of your question, practise questions everyday. Its not about solving 10-15 questions on day 1 and not doing anything on day 2. Rather, consistency is the key. Solve 4-5 questions everyday regularly. And last and the most important thing is mock interviews. Try giving mock interviews as much as possible. This will help you understand the type of questions asked in MAANG and accordingly focus more on your weak points.
