Firstly, Azure is not a technology. It is a platform where it will provide you multiple services among which you can choose what you need to learn based on your requirements. We have got many services within Azure like ADF, ADB, ADLS, Blobs, SQL DB etc.

ADF -> ETL service to develop the pipelines to load data from source to destination.

ADB -> To write code in scripting languages like SQL, Python, PySpark, SparkSQL for ETL/ELT modes.

ADLS -> Storage provided by Azure and contains multiple types of storages like tables, blobs, queues, files.

Azure SQL DB -> Database provided by Azure. There are many other within Azure like NoSQL, Postgres etc.

Secondly, It will take lot of time to complete Azure A-Z. I would request you to concentrate on one portfolio based on your requirement and start working towards it.
