First of all, I want to say – don’t feel discouraged. Getting a "We are not moving forward with your application" message is very common, especially on LinkedIn. It doesn’t mean you're not good – it just means something small might be missing in your profile, resume, or how you're applying.
Here are a few common reasons this might happen:
▪️ Your resume or LinkedIn isn’t aligned with the job role.
▪️ You're not using the right keywords that recruiters search for.
▪️ You're applying without a proper cover message or referral.
▪️ You may need to showcase your skills/projects more clearly.
