Hey there! First off, hats off to you for solving 800+ LeetCode questions and diving into React projects—that shows real dedication! 🎩✨ But I get it, getting those rejection emails can be super discouraging. 📧😞 It’s a tough job market out there, and sometimes it’s not about what you know but how you present it. Make sure your resume highlights not just the quantity of problems you’ve solved, but also the quality of your coding skills. Include stats that showcase your problem-solving speed and complexity of issues tackled. 📊💻
Then, for your React projects, it’s all about showing the impact. Have you deployed them? Do they have users? How have they improved or solved a specific problem? Real-world application matters! 🌐🛠️ Also, take a closer look at your soft skills and how you fit with a company’s culture. Sometimes, what makes the difference is showing that you’re not just a great coder, but also a great team player and communicator. 🤝😊 Tailor your applications to each company, emphasize how your skills align with their needs, and don't be afraid to reach out directly to hiring managers or team members. Keep pushing, and remember, every no gets you closer to that yes! You've got this! 👊🚀

Several factors could contribute to rejections despite your achievements. It might involve intense competition, job market fluctuations due to recession, or your application not meeting specific role requirements or company culture. Sometimes, it's about aligning your skills with the job description, crafting a tailored resume, and enhancing your networking efforts to stand out amidst tough competition. Keep refining your application strategy, seeking feedback, and targeting roles that closely match your expertise and interests to improve your chances.

Hi Vishal,
I’ll keep it short. My take is that your resume could be missing certain keywords that are actually relevant to that job profile.
We can discuss that over a connect.
Wishing you lots of resume shortlist.
Good luck.
