Hi Emmanuel,
Its seems you want to build a school management application (web/mobile) with AI capabilities for students. I would divide this into multiple small incremental chunks
1/ Documenting the requirements for phase 0,phase1, phase2 and so on..
2/ Phase 0- could be just building the app with basic functionality of login, logout, entering details (aka, building profile) where you will learn about post API, viewing details, you could lear about get APIs.
3/ Phase 1- could be adding more features like, selecting course, building time table, notes creation, sharing, etc.
4/ Phase 2- where fundamentals you lear in phase0 and phase-1, you could apply in integrating with AI libraries/API etc.
