Recently started DSA preparation, although I am able to solve them but I am unable to get the optimal solution. Is it ok to copy the solutions and learn from them?

Don't copy. It wont help you anytime soon. What you can do is, understand the approach/pattern used in optimal solution. then try to write your own code for that particular solution. This practice will help you in long run in your career.
