First of all its great that you know your goal and want to get a job as a Software engineer in the industry. Right now, the market is a bit unstable for freshers' jobs, there are very less openings in MNCs but there are a lot of openings in startups where they just need your skills, projects, and experience in building something.

Start working on building some product that serves a purpose, write technical blogs, and publish them over any platform like medium, hash node, etc. Once you start doing it, you will get ample opportunities and growth in terms of career as well as knowledge.
