- Demonstrate Domain Knowledge: Even if you lack direct experience in the new domain, demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of it. Conduct thorough research on the industry, its challenges, trends, and key players. Speak confidently about how your skills and experiences can be applied to solve problems and drive results in the new domain.
- Seek Relevant Projects or Roles: Look for opportunities within your current organization to work on projects or in roles that are related to the new domain.
