How to make my Linkedin more reachable to recruiters? For now, most of people who visited my profile are not recruiters, how to change that?

It's all about your 1st network. If you have more connections who are recruiters, you will start seeing your profile being showcased to new recruiters.
And then make sure you post consistently about your field of expertise.
