First, you have to find out the minimum requirements of the roles, like SDE or any other role that you like in that company.

How do I crack Salesforce, and what is the preparation strategy for off-campus? 

As a fresher, my strategy is to first go through the career page, find the openings for freshers and 1+ year roles, and check what their requirements are. Many times, our profile is rejected due to a lack of technologies like Python, SQL, etc.

Let me give an example. I have very good knowledge of Python and DSA, but they only hire MERN developers.

I checked some companies' requirements, like BlackRock, where they only work on Anguar and Java in the backend and never hire React or MERN people in their companies.

So come back to the question: What skills do we need to get into Salesforce as a fresher? Check out the latest interview experiences on YouTube, and for questions, you must check the Leetcode discussion section. There are a lot of new interview experiences there; search salesforces; you will get many interview experiences and interview and OA questions there, and due to its global platform, you get an idea of the different types of questions they asked.

Does Python with DSA get accepted in the interview rounds? 

They are ok with every language; they only focus on how to approach the question, what strategy you use to solve it, and how much you optimize it.

How much time is required to crack Salesforce?

It's totally up to you. If you are a pure beginner, a minimum of 6 months is enough, but if you know language, basic DSA, and some development technologies, 2-3 months is enough.

1. To crack any company off campus requires structured plan to become proficient in the requirements of the company. Make plan and stick to it.
2. As a fresher, skills required are proficiency in dsa and concepts of database , networks and object oriented programming. Good communication skills always go a long way.
3. Yes, python is accepted. But you should be well versed in concepts and working behind the algorithms. And this is better reflected in Java or c++
4. There is no right answer to time required to crack salesforce. It depend on the strategy of preparation, correct guidance and support, access to correct resources, smart work rather than hard work. That is what we mentor are for :)
