Some tips to find off campus jobs. These have worked really well for me.
1. Type 'we are hiring 'or 'DM for referral' in the search bar of LinkedIn. You will get lots of results. Connect with them and ask for referral.
2. Go to company profile page on LinkedIn which you are targetting and connect with recruiter and HR of that company , connect with them and ask for open positions.
3. Apply on the careers page of the companies.
4. Activate 'Open to work' on your LinkedIn profile.
5. Keep your LinkedIn profile updated and add your projects along with GitHub link and any certification you have done like some udemy course.
6. Ask referrals from your college seniors or ask referral
