To start with choose a good Resume Template , you can try novoresume.

In brief these are the sections you have -

1) Header Section - Have all details like Your First and Last Name , Email ID , Contact , City , GitHub and LinkedIn Link.

Apart from this having two lines about you , like what's your YOE and Technologies worked.

2) Work Experience -

Each of your Work Experiences should have about 3 to 4 points. 1st point a brief about the Team. 2nd & 3rd could be your contribution with data driven insights and bold wherever necessary.

4th could be Technologies used in bold.

3) Skills - Add all your Skills in decreasing order (most confident/in-demand) skill should be on top. The Skills Section should be Keyword Rich such that it has all important keywords mentioned in JD.

4) Projects -

There should be a minimum of 2 to 3 Solid Projects. Each Project should have around 2 points , Tech Stack , Hosted Link / GitHub Link of the Project.

5) Achievements -

Jot down the Achievements which you want to highlight which should mainly depict your Technical and Soft Skills.

6) Education - Self Explanatory.

Conclusion - See to it that all points are crisp and concise. Bold text and tech Stacks you want the Recruiter to see. Make it Keyword Rich.
