Hello mam . I am currently in 3 year of btech cs branch in Galgotia college (you might not heard it , so basically its a tier 3 collge) i have practice 200 dsa question on leetcode. but still facing issues in finding optimal solution of new questions by myself. and i haven't started working on devlopment ..is it important to learn devlopment if i am a fresher and want to get in microsoft.. i really don't want to start my career with low paying job so please help me dii. Your advice is highly appreciable thank you

Hello Saumya. I would suggest to follow a DSA path and be prepared for all companies rather than focusing on just one. Once you have been successful in getting an interview, which tier college you belong to won't matter. So make sure you are good at your skill and don't loose focus on your preparation.
