Hello Kumar, My name is Razen and I am currently a software engineer at a small company that mainly works with legacy code. My dream is to move to a company that works with leading technologies on a large scale. Unfortunately, because the requirements of the applications to these companies are dependent on experience with highly scalable design and production of software, I dont feel like I would be qualified. I was wondering if you could help with setting up a plan on how I can gain experience to become as good as someone with experience in a larger company that doesnt work with legacy code. thank you

Legacy code doesn't mean that they are not scalable like they can scaled vertically it totally depends on the use case. This topic requires more in-depth discussion. You can schedule a 1:1 session with me.
