Good afternoon sir Sir i am going to join tier 2 college. Sir i want to work hard these years. Gain knowledge, learn to execute and grow Sir but i dont know whether to go towards ai or software development. I heard rumours saying btech ai engineers arent hired and other way round that web devlopment is gonna be automated n jobs will lesss. I am in confusion sir. Thank you

To summarize, AI is one field which will never die and will have openings around the globe and around the clock. Ofcourse, increase of AI could decrease the jobs but there is long way to go.
But if you work hard in your interested domain, you can achieve any height in any field you want.

Hello ,
AI is the future but it's true that they will not hire freshers for such a niche . Your bets bet is getting into a good company which is also developing AI products and then move to that laterally.
As for software development, AI has become an asset but cannot completely eliminate the need for software developer, and even if that was the case you are anyways moving to AI after getting into the company . This should not bother you .
