Being a software developer , i am also working on my data science skills , working on projects to get an hands -on experience , have good knowledge of nlp , python machine learning, but not getting shortlisted why?

Hi Sharad This is the one of the common problems many people are facing right now I have some suggestions for you
1. Resume shortlisting is the 1st step of any recruiting process.
You have to work on u r resume
1. U can add Data science projects in ur resume
2. Try to add some more complex DS projects to showcase your data science skills
3. Try to add an application link of you end to end ML projects
These are some initial tips from my side but to guide u in a better way 1st I have to understand ur background and what issues u r facing.
