Hi Kujja, when we are applying for any opening we need to see projects which show our practical experience in that skill. Suppose we are working as backend developer so we should know the backend architecture of the organization project we are working on, how the deployment is done and entire software development life cycle. In each project its impractical we will be using all technologies, like if the requirement is not there we might not use a NoSql DB, but if the job requires NoSql db say MongoDB experience its best to do a personal project with MongoDB and add it to resume with git link
