Full Stack Development is a term used to combine everything related to a website development, which includes:
- Back End development (Any server side programming language)
- Front End development (basically HTML/JS/CSS - many frameworks exist like Angular, react etc)
- Database
- Server Configs
- And many other things.
You don't need to be master in all of the above, but at least one from first two item. I am a fullstack developer with focus in BackEnd. That means 60% of the code that I write is for backend, 30% front end, 10% DB/server related things.
Please note that this percentage can be changed depending on size of company and team size.

For DSA, you can refer online resources and start practicing from leetcode and many such website. Once you start thinking in DSA, there is no going back, you will be able to apply logic (please don't copy problem's answers from Internet).
