As the Talent Partner for the TPD Teams (Tech, Product, and Design), I led the exciting end-to-end hiring process for various roles including Frontend, Backend & Data Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineering Managers.

During my time at Jetbridge, I had the privilege of leading the Latin America Recruiter's Team and shaping the recruitment strategies for the Latin American market. I coordinated the activities and managed the performance of a team of three technical sourcers, besides sourcing and interviewing candidates from LATAM and Europe for multiple technical positions and expertise

As a recruiter, I was specifically involved in the end-to-end hiring process for Software Development Engineer Intern positions (SDE) with basic expertise in Java, Python, and C++. Besides that, I also held monthly tranings for new hires (New Hire Orientation - NHO), coordinated career fairs and conducted internal workshops.

At Red Hat I was responsible for supporting Latin America's Talent Acquisition team in hiring key technical and business talent. 

When supporting the team, my activities included conducting end-to-end hiring process for the Internship Program, sourcing and interviewing candidates for positions such as Technical Account Manager, Software Consultant, Product Security Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Maintenance Engineer, Sales Operations, Sales Account Manager and Product Account Manager. Additionally, I assisted with the offer, contract approval & onboarding process for all positions.
